Pursuant to Article 7.4, paragraph 7.4 of Law No. 31365, the granting of the Christmas bonus is regulated by a supreme decree countersigned by the Minister of Economy and Finance, at the proposal of the General Directorate of Fiscal Management of Human Resources;

2.2 In accordance with the provisions of numeral 7.3 of Article 7 of Law No. 31365, workers hired under the Special Labor Regime of Legislative Decree No. 1057, within the framework of Law No. 29849, shall receive as Christmas bonus, which is included in the payroll corresponding to July 2022, up to the amount referred to in paragraph a) of numeral 7.1 of Article 7 of the aforementioned Law.

7.2. In the case of employees included in their own career regimes who work part-time or incomplete working hours, the Christmas bonus shall be applied proportionally to their similar employees who work full-time, under the responsibility of the Head of the Administration Office or whoever takes their place in the respective entity.

Cada dos años, el Consejo Escolar adopta un Plan de Mejoras Capitales (CIP, por sus siglas en inglés) que aborda las necesidades de capital de APS -inversiones necesarias para mejorar o aumentar la infraestructura de nuestras escuelas- durante los próximos diez años. El CIP incluye grandes proyectos de capital, tales como nuevas escuelas y ampliaciones de escuelas, así como mantenimiento mayor y proyectos menores de construcción.

El CIP del año fiscal 2023-32 es el primer CIP en una década que no reacciona principalmente al aumento de la matrícula estudiantil, sino que se centra en el éxito y el bienestar de los estudiantes de APS. After claiming your child’s benefits using the claim code online or by phone, you will receive a new P-EBT card in the mail with your child’s benefits included on it. After claiming benefits, it may take several weeks for the P-EBT card to arrive.

The deadline has passed for newly eligible households to complete and submit the household’s application for free and reduced-price meals (NSLP form) to their school in order to receive summer P-EBT benefits.

You can no longer complete the socio-economic form to apply for summer P-EBT benefits unless your child attends a school that has recently begun complying with the Community Eligibility Clause (CEP) or Clause 2 (P2).
